These mosquitoes can spread the Zika virus. For this, preventive measures need to be implemented effectively. The district administration and health department will together emphasize on integrated pest management.

If symptoms of dengue, chikungunya are found in a person, then immediate investigation will be done. There is an appeal of the district administration to take special care of cleanliness in such places where mosquitoes can breed. Guppy fish should be released in water bodies. Collective efforts should be started to drive away mosquitoes.
