However, MLA Shrimant Patil claimed that he had joined the Bharatiya Janata Party without taking any money. Patil said, ‘When I left the Congress, BJP had asked how much money was needed, even then I did not take a single rupee. Shrimant Patil took it back after the controversy over the statement and said that BJP did not offer money, I used wrong words.

Let us inform that Shrimant Patil is an MLA from Kagwad area of ​​Karnataka, has been a cabinet minister in the past. When many Congress MLAs had joined the BJP, this was also one of them.

Regarding the current cabinet, Shrimant Patil made a statement that he does not know why he was not included in the cabinet, but the party has talked about including him at the time of cabinet expansion. The BJP MLA claims that the party has discussed with him about the cabinet department, as soon as the cabinet expansion takes place, he can get a place.

To strengthen his claim, MLA Shrimant Patil said that the Maratha community of Karnataka wants me to get a place in the cabinet.
