Farmers Mahapanchayat on Sunday in Muzaffarnagar, 300 farmer organizations will be participated, Annadata will fill the Mahapanchayat today

Kisan Mahapanchayat is going to be held in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. According to the information, more than 300 farmer organizations from across the country are participating in the Mahapanchayat. 60 farmer organizations are from Punjab Haryana and Rajasthan. In such a situation, where thousands of farmers have started reaching Muzaffarnagar to participate in the Mahapanchayat.

On the other hand, UP Police is also on alert in view of the Mahapanchayat. At the same time, farmers have started 500 langars. Apart from this, 100 medical camps are also being organized. Along with this 5000 volunteers have also been made to conduct the Mahapanchayat properly. The Kisan Mahapanchayat to be held at GIC Ground can also be seen live from the surrounding grounds.

Police of many districts were called

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Traffic Rais Akhtar will also be present in Muzaffarnagar during the panchayat. Apart from this, SP Sanjeev Vajpayee, SP Shivram Yadav have been deployed. Along with this, CO Chaman Chavda, Arun Kumar, PP Singh have also been deployed. Police of many districts have been called to ensure that there is no untoward incident in Muzaffarnagar.

Apart from this, Punjab’s farm organizations have given a deadline of September 8 to the Punjab government to withdraw false cases against farmers who are protesting peacefully. On the other hand, protests are also going on with black flags against the leaders of BJP and allies. In which the farmers of Himachal Pradesh gheraoed the Agriculture and Horticulture Minister on Friday.

On this, the United Kisan Morcha said that protests are going on against BJP leaders in Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. It has now spread to Himachal Pradesh as well. On Friday, the fruit farmers of Theog in Himachal Pradesh gheraoed Himachal Pradesh Agriculture Minister Virendra Kanwar and Horticulture Minister Mahendra Singh Thakur for several hours and blocked the national highway over the sharp fall in apple prices.

Performance in Himachal

Himachal farmers have announced a protest against corporate loot on 13 September. At the same time, farmers in Nashik protested by throwing tomatoes on the streets after getting a nominal price of two-three rupees per kg for tomatoes. The Morcha has said that there is a need to guarantee the purchase of all fruits, vegetables, agricultural products, forest produce, milk, fish at MSP, whether tomato or apple. Therefore, even after the martyrdom of 600 farmers, the farmers’ agitation continues and will continue till their demands are met.

Mission Uttar Pradesh-Uttarakhand launched

The United Kisan Morcha announced that the Kisan Mahapanchayat Mission Uttar Pradesh-Uttarakhand would be launched in Muzaffarnagar on 5 September. At the same time, it was also said that the Mahapanchayat has nothing to do with the elections. Elections are after 6 months. Farmers are facing problems in Uttar Pradesh. Sugarcane prices have not increased in the state for the last 5 years, but electricity prices are increasing. The central government has increased the price of sugarcane by Rs 5 per kg. Are you insulting the farmers?

On the other hand, the United Kisan Morcha said that the Mahapanchayat of September 5 will make the Yogi-Modi governments realize the power of farmers, farm laborers and supporters of the agricultural movement. The Kisan Mahapanchayat will also prove that the 9-month long agricultural movement led by the Morcha has the support of all castes, religions, states, classes, small traders and all sections of the society. He said that the Muzaffarnagar Mahapanchayat would be the biggest ever in the last nine months.

500 langar services started

Giving information, he said that 500 langar services have been started for arranging food for farmers including mobile langar system being run by hundreds of tractor-trolleys. Along with this, 100 medical camps have also been set up keeping in mind the medical needs of the farmers participating in the Mahapanchayat.

The United Kisan Morcha has especially appealed to the citizens of Muzaffarnagar and adjoining districts to help the farmers coming from outside by taking time out to participate in the mahapanchayat to be held tomorrow on 5th September. All the prominent leaders of the United Kisan Morcha will address the Mahapanchayat. Along with campaign programs in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, important announcements related to Bharat Bandh will also be made in the Mahapanchayat.
