Allahabad High Court suggested to declare cow as national animal

The Allahabad High Court has suggested to declare the cow as the national animal on Wednesday for the protection of cows. The court has said in its order that the protection of cows is the moral responsibility of the society. In its order, the court has said many things while referring to the specialty of the cow.

In fact, on Wednesday, the Allahabad High Court, while giving an important decision, while talking about the protection of the cow, suggested to declare the cow as the national animal. The court has said in its order that the cow is the basis of our culture.

Actually, the court has said this remark in a case related to a lawsuit. The man was arrested from Sambhal district of UP on charges of cow slaughter in March this year. Dismissing the petition of the accused, Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav has mentioned this in his 12-page order of Wednesday.

At the same time, in Wednesday’s order, the High Court has also mentioned Babur, Akbar and Humayun in its order. The court said that not only Hindus, but also Muslims, considering cow as an important part of culture, had banned the slaughter of cows during their reign. Tark-e-Gaukshi, in which it has been written not to kill cow, in which Akbar, Humayun and Babur appealed not to kill cow in their sultanate, because it hurts the sentiments of Hindus.
