The Taliban released some photos online on Sunday morning in which its men can be seen in the governor’s office in Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar province. Province MP Abarullah Murad also told the media that the extremists had captured Jalalabad.

According to the information received, there was no conflict of any kind in Jalalabad because the governor himself surrendered to the Taliban. It was said that this was done to save the lives of innocent Afghans.

At present, the Taliban has captured a large part of Afghanistan, after which the pressure on the government of Afghanistan has increased. On the other hand, America, Britain and Canada have sent troops to help their diplomatic staff present there.

America is calling back soldiers

US President Joe Biden has ordered the deployment of 5,000 forces to the war-torn country to ensure the orderly and safe withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan. A Defense Ministry official said 1,000 US personnel are already in Afghanistan and 3,000 more personnel were ordered to be sent last week. The president ordered the deployment of 1,000 more personnel on Saturday, taking the number of US forces in Afghanistan to 5,000
